Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of TimeLedger, an app for HighLevel operated by Ali Özgür Ketenci ("we"). By installing or using TimeLedger you agree to them.
The service
TimeLedger lets your team track time against clients in your HighLevel sub-account, view timesheets, export them, and create draft invoices from billable hours. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice before sending it and for the rates, taxes and amounts you bill.
Your account
You must have the right to install apps on the HighLevel account you connect. You are responsible for how you use the reports and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
Fees
Any fees are shown on the HighLevel Marketplace listing and are billed through HighLevel. You can cancel by uninstalling the app. Refunds follow HighLevel's Marketplace policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Availability
We aim to keep TimeLedger running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. HighLevel may change its platform in ways that affect the app.
Disclaimer and liability
TimeLedger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for TimeLedger in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using TimeLedger at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continuing to use TimeLedger means you accept the updated terms.
